Hall Preparation arrangements (including draping & decorating for the event) will be dealt with accordingly depending on the availability of the hall prior to the day of the event.
A non-refundable cost of R350 will be charged.
The Cash Deposit should be settled within fourteen (14) days to secure the booking.
The remaining balance must be settled at least (7) seven days prior to the event taking place.
If there are no damages to the property and the hall is deemed acceptably cleaned the cash deposit will be refunded to you a week after the event.
1. No Smoking inside the hall
Smoking is only allowed in demarcated areas outside the buildings
2. No cooking is allowed in the hall facility.
3. Please supply your own black bags for your refuse
4. Refuse must be removed by you at the end of the event
5. One Toilet Roll per toilet will be supplied
6. The Hall Kitchen must be cleaned after the event with your own cleaning material
7. Please arrange for your own car guard security, if deemed necessary
8. Please supply your own crockery & cutlery.
