PAYMENT, DEPOSIT REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS
The Cash Deposit should be settled within
(14) fourteen days to secure the booking.
The remaining balance must be settled, in full, at least (7) seven days prior to the event taking place.
Cancellations made within 7 (seven) days prior to the event date will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
If there are no damages to the property and the hall is deemed acceptably cleaned, with refuse removed, the cash deposit will be refunded to you by arrangement after the event.
Prior-Day Preparation Booking
Need to set up early?
To ensure everything is perfectly prepared, access for setting up or early preparation is allowed for a maximum of 2 hours on the day prior to your event (subject to venue availability).
A non-refundable preparation day fee will apply. Please coordinate specific setup times with us and on your hire submission in advance.
House Rules:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, please adhere to the following rules:
1. No Smoking inside the hall
Smoking is only allowed in demarcated areas outside the buildings
2. No cooking is allowed in the hall facility.
3. Please supply your own black bags for your refuse.
4. Refuse must please be removed by you as at the end of the event, failing to do so forfeits the refunding of the cash deposit.
5. A toilet Roll per stall will be supplied.
6. The Hall Kitchen must be cleaned after the event with your own cleaning material.
7. Please arrange for your own car guard security, if deemed necessary.
8. Please supply your own crockery & cutlery.
9. No Alcohol Consumption outside of the venue: The consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited in our parking lot, including inside parked or moving vehicles.
10. No Littering: Please keep our property clean. Do not discard trash, cigarette butts, or bottle caps in the parking lot. Use the designated trash receptacles provided.
11. For the consideration of all guests, please be advised that our property enforces a strict cut-off ending policy at 11:00 PM for venue lock-up.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in lawful removal from the premises.
